Twenty-five years in parks and recreation. Watched directors make million-dollar decisions without knowing what similar agencies were spending. Watched small communities try to do more with less while the data that could have helped them lived inside consultants' PDFs.

Hodgkin's Lymphoma survivor. Founded PublicWeave in 2025 to close the intelligence gap between agencies that can afford national benchmarking and ones that can't.
